100% Customer Satisfaction
Burning Brands applies 100% Customer Satisfaction policy. If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase simply ship it back unworn within 14 days and we will happily issue you a refund.
We aim to process all refunds within 5 days of us receiving them. It is your responsibility to ensure that your returns reach us, and we accept no responsibility for goods lost in transit. We recommend that you get a proof of postage or use a ‘Signed For’ service to ensure your returns reach us safely. Delivery charges are not refundable.

An order may be cancelled up the order is dispatched, and will be refunded in full. To cancel an order, email us with your order number and cancellation request via our Contact Us page. After dispatch, the cancellation of an order will be treated as a request for a refund, and you will have to arrange the return of the goods.
Garments must be returned to us for a refund within 14 days of the date of dispatch, as stated on your dispatch email. All items to be refunded must be returned to us before you become eligible for any refund or replacement. All goods must be returned to us at your own expense and you are responsible for the goods until we receive them.
All returned garments must be unwashed, unworn, unmarked, unstained, and deemed by us to be in a suitable condition for resale before a refund is issued. Refunds will be made using the same method by which the original payment was received by us. The returns policy does not cover any goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. This does not affect your Statutory Rights as a customer.
Please note that, except where the product is faulty, all products must be returned unworn and undamaged, with all their tags intact. If a non-faulty product is returned in an unsaleable condition, we will not be able to give you a refund and will return the product to you.
